I like the idea, it makes magic training more efficient and viable. Although I think it should only be while you are using the staff & robes as a true magician , so you can't use a weapon like a serpent sword elemental and cast 1 second.

Currently if training magic vs creatures you can only cast the spell every 2 seconds unless you flee combat. Although, if you flee you get less experience which doesn't add much benefit to having mage build because it contradicts the benefits of perception (Intelligence & Instinct it allows for dodging the spells in PvP and PvE).
